Airline Ticket & Vacation Document Delivery
Upon Completion Of Your Purchase
You will receive an email from us within 48 hours of your purchase confirming additional travel information and options for ticket delivery.
Upon receipt of this email within 48 hours of such confirmation, you will receive a confirmation from us reconfirming your reservation, payment and asking you your choice of ticket delivery options.
Airline Tickets
E Ticket
Should you purchase travel on an airline that allows for electronic airline tickets, no physical paper airline ticket will be issued by the airline for your travel. We simply forward you email with the airline electronic receipt and travel information for you to present to the airline on your date of departure.
Paper Ticket
Should you purchase travel on an airline that requires a traditional paper ticket be issued for your travel, then we will be required to send your airline ticket via courier and the charge will be applied to your credit card automatically.
For travel in Canada, USA, and most destinations in Europe, most airlines issue electronic tickets for their travelers.
Vacation Tickets
Departure Date Within 14 Days
If you are travelling within 14 days of your purchase, your vacation tickets will be airport pick up on the date of your departure. We will give you full instructions on how to pick up your vacation tickets which can be done three (3) hours prior to your departure time on the date of your departure only.
Notice
Tour operators will not send us vacation tickets when the departure date is within 14 days to avoid tickets being lost in transit and require mandatory airport pick up.
Departure Date Outside 14 Days
If you are travelling beyond 14 days of your purchase, you have the following options to obtain your vacation tickets:
Option One – No Charge
Office Pick Up
You can pick up your vacatioin tickets at our offices located at:

- Customer Care and Reservation Centre
- 40 King Street
- St. Catharines, Ontario L2R 3H4
- Office Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
Option Two – No Charge
Airport Pick Up
You can pick up your tickets at the tour operator counter located at the airport three (3) hours prior to your departure on your departure date.
This is the safest way of obtaining your tickets if you do not live near our Customer Care and Reservation Centre. The majority of our clients use this option to avoid courier costs to their home or business address.
Option Three - Extra Cost
Overnight Courier
We can send your tickets via UPS, FEDEX, Purolator or DHL courier service for you at extra cost.

Canada Post Service – Notice
Please note we do not offer service by Canada Post because of the risk of delayed mail, lost mail or other problems which may result in your airline or vacation tickets not being received by your date of departure.
