Your booking must be all inclusive resort package exceeding $750.00 CDN per person (excluding applicable taxes) with maximum rebate of $50.00 per booking regardless of the number of travelers. Please allow for two to four weeks for processing and no cash value for lost or stolen cheques or delays caused by Canada Post.

 We guarantee that we do not charge any separate agency booking fee on any airline ticket, all inclusive resort package, cruise holiday, coach tour package, hotel reservation, car rental or insurance purchase anytime.

We ensure that we carefully review each airline, resort, hotel, car and insurance price to ensure we don’t see any agency booking fees. 

If we do see one, we quickly remove it and its gone forever.  If you find one, all you have to do is tell us and we will send you a cheque for double the agency fee.

First we are always here to help. And work with you and the travel supplier to fix things. Our Customer Care Centre is well equipped to help you out if things go wrong on your holiday with a simple call to us.

Upon receiving your call our customer care team will work with your holiday supplier in Canada to resolve your issue at your destination.

While travelling, make sure you ask to speak to supervisor if you are not satisfied with the answers you are getting. Its important to take notes and names of who you spoke to in efforts resolve your issue. If you are travelling with one of Canada's tour companies (ie Air Canada Vacation or Transat Holidays etc) make sure to find your destination represenative and ask the for assistance
